Renee Pilar Estevez is an American actress, writer, and director. She was born on April 2, 1967, in New York City, USA, to actors Martin Sheen and Janet Templeton. She is the younger sister of actors Emilio Estevez and Charlie Sheen.
Estevez has acted in several movies, including "In the Custody of Strangers" (1982), "Shattered Spirits" (1986), and "Hearts of Darkness: A Filmmaker's Apocalypse" (1991). She has also written and directed a few short films, such as "Masked and Anonymous" (2003) and "The Way" (2010).
In addition to her work in the entertainment industry, Estevez is also an advocate for mental health awareness. She has spoken publicly about her struggles with addiction and depression and has used her platform to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health.
Estevez is married to actor and musician Jason Thomas Federico. They have two children together.
